Ve výroční den posvěcení kostela sv. Jakuba (19. října), chystáme opět závod Běh pro zvon. Letos to bude již 8. ročník. Tentokrát během podpoříme Církevní gymnázium v Kutné Hoře.

Restoration work is underway on the main entrance portal of the archdeaconry building. The work is being carried out by Docent Jakub Ďoubal in collaboration with students from the Faculty of Restoration at the University of Pardubice.

The copper star and its stone pedestal were removed from the Church of St. John of Nepomuk.

When we decided to create the book THE ART OF LIVING, our goal was to celebrate the unique beauty and spiritual wealth of the Church of St. Barbara in Kutná Hora, which this year, along with the entire city, is celebrating the significant 30th anniversary of its inclusion on the UNESCO list.

The Church of St. James underwent extensive renovation from 2019 to 2022. A short documentary was made about this restoration. See how the restoration took place.

The opening of the exhibition Art of Living took place in the St. Barbara's Church. This exhibition features photographs that present not only the beautiful architecture of the church and life within it, but above all reflect the hope, light, and humanity that the church embodies.

We are celebrating 30 years since the inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage List and are preparing many beautiful experiences for you.

The proceeds from the Christmas collections have been sent by our parish to last year's floods.

During the year 2025, believers will be able to gain indulgences during a pilgrimage to any holy place of the jubilee, that is to those churches designated for this purpose. In each diocese, there are designated places where one can pilgrimage and where indulgences can be obtained.

The church is not only a place of prayer, a meeting with God and community, but also a space that deserves our care. Just as we clean at home, it is important to take care of this our shared home. Therefore, we regularly organize clean-ups of the parish church, which help us keep this space clean and tidy.
