I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who contributed in our churches during the Christmas holidays to the collection for help to the small village of Kobylá nad Vidnavkou, in the Jeseník district, which was affected by the flood and is struggling with a lack of funds to remove the damage.
Christmas means that God came to stay with us in all our situations. The burden-bearing of one another has been expressed through your generosity and solidarity. At the Christmas services and in the collection box at the nativity scene in St. James' Church, almost 100,000 CZK was collected. Together, we fulfilled the law of love, and that is true Christmas.
